We want every piece to reach you in perfect condition with the quality and elegance expected from Najia Nadeem.
Return Window
Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
Regular priced items may be eligible for return or exchange after quality review and approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, customized pieces, stitched-on-order products, undergarments and intimate wear are not returnable unless incorrect or damaged.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 24 hours with clear photos and order details.
Refund Notice
This is currently a dummy frontend system. Real refund processing will be added after backend order/payment integration.
