Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation. During festive launches, campaigns and sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
Major cities usually receive orders within 3 to 5 working days. Remote areas may take 5 to 7 working days depending on courier access and location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before order confirmation. Complimentary shipping may be offered on selected campaigns or order values.
Order Tracking
Once real backend order management is connected, customers will receive order tracking details through the selected communication channel.
